A significantly worthwhile Bill of Law (no. 6595) was submitted to the Luxembourg Parliament back to July 2013. It concerns a brand new private wealth management vehicle named Fondation Patrimoniale (i.e. the Private Foundation).

It is currently under discussion before the Parliament and is designed to be a more than valid alternative to the British limited partnerships, the Belgian foundation and the Dutch Stichting Administratiekantoor.
